People like to believe that a New Year will automatically bring changes to their lives.

A new year won’t miraculously bring in changes if we don’t change ourselves. As adorable as the “Dear 2011” letters are, it’s just a year like any previous year. It’s going to be 365 days full of ups and downs, joy and tears, successes and failures. It won’t be anything special unless you work to make life better.
